“Bird & Bee Art” Exhibit by Neighborhood Center of the Arts ~ Nevada City Box Office Gallery ~ Wednesday through Saturday ~ 12:00 – 5:00 p.m. ~ October 31 – November 26, 2012

The Nevada City Box Office at the Miners Foundry Cultural Center is pleased to host “Bird & Bee Art”, an exhibit by Neighborhood Center of the Arts.  Neighborhood Center of the Arts is a place where people with disabilities can make friends, explore their abilities and gain a sense of accomplishment.  NCA’s mission is to provide the opportunity for artists to grow to the best of their ability through the arts and community integration.  Each day, up to 60 artists attend NCA and create weaving, ceramics, painting, woodworking, and computer arts.  The artists, art, and program are well known in the local community and beyond.

The Nevada City Box Office is open to the public Wednesday through Saturday, from 12:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m. and during select events.  The exhibition will hang October 31 – November 26, 2012.  Admission is free.
