July 13 | Boca do Rio
Boca do Rio strengthens is the Bay Area’s longest-playing and hardest-hitting Brazilian-American funk band. After a decade performing all original material during the heyday of San Francisco’s live music scene, Boca do Rio evolved into a multi-layered electro-funk party boat. Northern Roots will open for Boca do Rio.
July 20 | Buck Star
Buck Star crafts catchy original tunes that are receiving rave reviews from listeners. With pure tones that will carry you from old school to new school, this tight knit group is not to be missed. Members Tom Menig, Eric Menig, Rob Kopp, Jenn Knapp and Lucas Weber are no strangers to the stage as these dynamic players have been starring members of bands such as “The Dead Beats” and”The Cheatin’ Buzzies”.
July 27 | J Ross Parrelli
J Ross Parelli is what it would sound like if Joss Stone had been raised in the same duplex as Notorious B.I.G. Sultry songstress turned community cultivator, Parelli has spoken and performed at youth leadership conferences all over the globe. Her interest in education reform led her to co-found Beats, Lyrics, Leaders through which she is developing Hip Hop based curriculum now being piloted in schools, foster youth programs, and native reservations.
