$18 – $20

The Miners Foundry is pleased to present Trevor Hall with special guest Rob Drabkin on Friday, July 29, 2016.  An eclectic mix of acoustic rock, reggae, and Sanskrit chanting, Trevor Hall’s music echos with the names and teachings of divinities, while maintaining and incredibly an refreshingly universal message.  Doors open at 7:30 p.m. and the show begins at 8:30 p.m.  All ages welcome.  Dancing / standing show with limited seating.  Tickets are $18 in Advance and $20 at the Door.  Ticketing fees may apply.  Tickets are available online, by phone, or in person at the Miners Foundry, or in person at Briar Patch.

As an eleven year old, playing harmonica beside his father in South Carolina, music quickly became Trevor Hall‘s most intimate companion, guide, and creative outlet.  During his senior year at Idyllwild Arts Academy, Trevor signed with Geffen Records and his career as a musician formally began.  While on the road, Trevor sees the stage as his moving temple, a place here he can share in the experience of his spiritual journey with his audience.  His annual trips to India continue to serve as a source of creativity and motivation for his music.

Rob Drabkin

The music of Rob Drabkin is spirited in nature, light from the heart and rocking on the six-string acoustic. His 70’s style afro is as unavoidable as his ubiquitous grin. Rob and his band have become a force in the live scene, touring nationally as headliners and supporting acts such as John Butler Trio, Trevor Hall and Big Head Todd & The Monsters.  Rob’s full band performances are high-energy blending improvisation and rock while retaining an earnest singer/songwriter background.
