Fall Acting Classes with Sandra Rockman

Sandra Rockman and the Miners Foundry will present a series of Acting Classes this fall.

“TRUTH IN ACTING” will feature improv, monologue, and scene work for the beginner or experienced actor in a safe, respectful environment.  Two class options will be offered, Mondays from 10:00 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. and Tuesdays from 7:00 p.m. – 9:30 p.m.  The series begins Monday, September 30, 2013 and runs through Tuesday, November 26, 2013.  The cost for one 9 week session is $180.00.

“THE HEART OF PERFORMANCE ART” will feature writing individual monologues and crafting a skilled performance.  The eight week session runs from Monday, September 30 through Monday, November 18, 2013, from 7:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m.  The cost for this session is $160.00.

Sandra Rockman has been involved with the local theatre scene since 1978.  She is an actress, playwright, and has directed more than 25 productions, including the recent classic, “Our Town” at the Nevada Theatre.
