Nevada County favorite, Joe Craven, will perform at the Miners Foundry with a power trio of Northern California musical veterans to celebrate the release of the group’s new CD, All Four One. Joe Craven is a nationally renowned creativity educator, former museum curator, visual artist, actor/storyteller, festival emcee, and recipient of the 2009 Far-West Folk Alliance Performer of the Year. “When he’s in front of his own trio, playing the mandolin, fiddle and hand drums among more exotic axes, the audience gets 200-proof Craven” ~ so don’t miss this show!  A family friendly dance concert, children 12 and under are admitted for free, and general admission is $20.00.  Tickets are available online at www.minersfoundry.org, at Briarpatch in Grass Valley, Cherry Records in Auburn and by phone or walk-in at the Nevada City Box Office.  Food and beverages will be available for sale.  Doors open at 6:00 p.m. and the music begins at 7:00 p.m.  For more information, call the Miners Foundry at 530 265 5040.
