Don’t miss Casino Night, an adults only benefit to support Deer Creek and Seven Hills Schools on Friday, February 21, 2014 at the Miners Foundry. The silent auction will be open from 6:00 – 8:00 p.m. and Casino gaming will run 8:00 p.m. – 11:00 p.m. Tickets include gourmet food from Ike’s Quarter Cafe, a drink coupon, and starter gaming tokens, plus a commemorative party favor! Music will be provided by KVMR DJ The Vinyl Avenger. The silent auction will highlight student art and other fabulous items from local vendors.
The evening will feature a no host bar and a prize for the top casino winner. Tickets are $35.00 and will be available at the door.
Deer Creek is a K-4 school and Seven Hills is a 5th – 8th grade school, both serving the students in Nevada City and surrounding areas. The mission of Deer Creek school is to help children achieve their full potential in an innovative and nurturing environment.
Seven Hills School enjoys a strong academic reputation, balanced with an exciting enrichment program that supports both academic and personal interests.

The Mission of the Miners Foundry Cultural Center is to preserve, enhance and utilize the historic Miners Foundry for cultural, educational and social activities.
The Foundry is a non profit organization, pleased to support Deer Creek and Seven Hills Schools.
Join us for Casino Night, in support of Deer Creek School on Friday, February 22, 2013. Doors open at 6:00 p.m. Admission includes delicious food from Ike’s Quarter Cafe, 1 drink coupon, and starter gaming tokens. The night will feature a myriad of fabulous silent auction prizes and raffles, plus a no host bar and music by The Vinyl Avenger. Childcare is also available from 6:00 – 10:00 p.m. at Deer Creek School (space is limited, reservations are required). Tickets are $30.00 per person or $50.00 per couple.
