Open Call | Jerry Bash 2019

The Miners Foundry is now accepting applications for vendors for Jerry Bash 2019.  Jerry Bash 2019 is a community celebration featuring music, food, drinks, art, and vendors, celebrating 53 years of the Grateful Dead and Jerry Garcia.

Jerry Bash 2019 will be held on Saturday, August 3rd  from 2:00 – 10:00 p.m. at Pioneer Park in Nevada City.

This is a juried event.  For more information, please click on the Vendor Application link.  Please read the application information carefully.

Open Call | Psychic Fair

The 30th Annual Nevada City Psychic Fair is now accepting applications!

Greetings, Vendors!

It’s time to complete your applications to the 30th Annual Nevada City Psychic Fair, presented by the Miners Foundry.  This year, the fair will be held on April 13 and 14, 2019.  Details are outlined below with a link to the application.

Make sure you have your PayPal login info ready to complete your transaction.  Please contact Naomi at [email protected] if you are unable to make your payment via PayPal.

Fair Dates / Hours:
April 13 & 14, 2019
Saturday | 11:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
Sunday | 11:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

Application Deadline:  March 15, 2019
Payment in Full Deadline:  April 1, 2019

Vendor Move In will be on Friday, April 12, 2019.

Please apply early as there is limited space and some disciplines may be limited to one vendor each.

The Producer retains the right to cancel, revoke, modify, or move any vendor application and/or booth.

Booth sizes* and fees** are as follows:
8’x8′ Booth | $145
8’x10′ Booth | $195
8’x14′ Booth | $220

*Due to the eccentricities of the historic Miners Foundry building, booth sizes are approximate.

**A non-refundable booth deposit of $75 is due when submitting the application.  The total deposit is applied toward the booth fee.  However, $25 is NON-REFUNDABLE for applicants who are not accepted into the fair.  These applicants will receive $50 back from the initial deposit of $75.

No pop ups or tents.  All signs / advertisements must fit within your booth space.

All fees must be paid in full 2 weeks prior to the show or your booth will be assigned to another vendor.

Nevada City Spring Craft Fair OPEN CALL:

The first Nevada City Craft Festival was produced the summer of 2010 by a group of local young crafters, artists and social do-gooders who were inspired by the independent entrepreneurship and creative talents in their community as well as the success of the Renegade Craft Fairs across the US and Europe. The bi-annual event continues to grow and to date has introduced over 10,000 attendees to more than 600 local and regional artists, designers and crafters.

Nevada City Craft Fair is a juried craft fair that focuses on unique, modern, sustainably produced handmade craft, design, art, and personal care with select vintage vendors. All categories are welcome to apply. Please fill out the application and submit with your app fee. You will be notified within 30 days of submitting payment on the status of your application.

This fair will be in Spring, just before Mother’s Day,  graduations, and in time for the beautiful spring weather that inspires all kinds of gift shopping and seasonal updates to our beauty, decor & fashion. This year the Nevada City Craft Fair will be May 1st 2016 Sunday 10 AM – 6 PM at it’s usual location of Miners Foundry in Nevada City, Ca.

* We are always looking for food vendors who offer a unique menu of cooked food to sell at the whole day’s event. You would be the only food vendor at the event selling to the patrons in the foyer of Miners Foundry.

It’s time to start planning for the next Nevada City Craft Fair!  The Spring Fair will be held on Sunday, April 28, 2013 from 10:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.

Applications are currently being accepted for Food / Beverage, Designer Clothing, Handbags, Jewelry, Housewares, Knit Items, Paper Goods, Vintage, Plush Kits, Patterns, Children’s Items, Ceramics, Bath Products, Artisan / Gourmet Food, Art / Prints, and Sewn Accessories.  The open call for vendors is from now through March 31, 2013.
