
For over 35 years, Thanksgiving Weekend in Nevada City has featured a major art event attracting thousands of visitors from near and far. Since 1993, this event has been Artisans Festival at Miners Foundry, hosting a small but select group of artists and craftspeople whose quality artwork has attracted a loyal and growing audience of admirers and patrons.
Over 30 painters, photographers, printmakers, ceramicists, jewelers, textile artists, sculptors, woodworkers, and glassblowers from the West Coast will converge for this juried show known for his amazing variety of high quality wares.
The Artisans Festival will be held Friday, November 29 through Sunday, December 1, 2013, from 10:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. each day. Admission is $3.00 for each day or $5.00 for a weekend pass.
