DANK: Changing Course
January 15, 2016 @ 9:00 AM - 7:00 PM

DANK, Nevada County’s artists collective at the Miners Foundry, invites you to their new exhibition, Changing Course, inspired by the 14th annual Wild & Scenic Film Festival, January 15-17. Artists Roseanne Burke, Sarah Coleman, Moira McLaughlin, Joe Meade, Celine Adrianna Negrete, and Nancy Nelson will share thought-provoking 2D and 3D works that address issues of climate change, species extinction, and California’s drought. Simultaneously, the show is a celebration of nature’s beauty and perfection, and of the impact man-made solutions could have on our planet if we act now
Hot mulled wine will be served Friday and Saturday, January 15 and 16, 4-7 pm. FoxHound Espresso will brew pour over coffee, Saturday and Sunday, January 16 and 17, 9am-1pm. Sierra Moonshine will offer homemade beer on Sunday, January 17, 4-6 pm for the Wild & Happy Hour. Feel free to hang out or pop in for a drink between films.
