Dear Clients of the Miners Foundry,
We hope you are well and staying safe during this unusual time. As a community gathering space holding over 400 events a year, we are continually monitoring the developing COVID-19 outbreak.  We know many of you have questions and concerns, and we are working to address them as quickly as possible as the situation continues to change.  In order to respond to as many clients as possible in a timely manner, all client communications from the Miners Foundry will be in writing via HoneyBook for the foreseeable future.  Please do not call our office, as we won’t be able to respond verbally.  Your event is extremely important to us, however we must address events in chronological order.  We are moving through our calendar as quickly as possible.  Please remember, we are a small, nonprofit organization with limited staff and your patience is greatly appreciated.

Warmly,
Kat Kress
Assistant Director

Dear Friends,
The Miners Foundry Cultural Center is committed to the health and safety of our patrons, community members, staff and volunteers. We continue to closely follow the Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) outbreak and have a comprehensive plan in place to protect the well-being of the community.  We will continue to monitor the situation daily and follow the guidance of the Nevada County OES, local health authorities and the CDC.
We are taking extra precautionary measures by routinely disinfecting commonly touched surfaces, such as doorknobs, railings, handles, etc. We also highly encourage those who feel unwell or who may be at increased risk to stay home.
All events are currently happening as scheduled. Should we receive the recommendation to cancel events, we will prioritize the health of our patrons, artists, volunteers and staff by implementing and communicating appropriate changes to ensure a safe environment. In the event of a cancellation, we’ll notify all ticket holders by email as well as posting information on our website, Facebook page, and Instagram.
Please note, this is an on-going situation and information will be updated as the situation develops.
Please contact our office at (530) 265-5040 with further questions.

Sincerely,

Gretchen Bond
Executive Director
