A deposit of 50% of the Hall rental fee is due upon signing the Rental Agreement. Deposits and the balance of the hall rental fee are non refundable and non transferable. The hall rent balance is due 90 days prior to the event.

A $1,000 refundable damage/cleaning deposit is due no later than 90 days before the event. Provided there are no additional charges for damage or cleaning, the deposit will be refunded within 30 days after the event.

Note: A certificate of liability insurance naming the Miners Foundry as an additional insured with a minimum of $1,000,000 coverage is due 90 days prior to the event.

Technical Information

  • The Osborn/Woods Hall boasts a stage with world class sound and lighting capabilities and can hold 325-650 people, depending on seating arrangements.
  • The stage is 20′ deep at center to the back curtain and 26′ wide, wing to wing.
  • The wings are 6′ and can be pulled back if necessary.
  • There is a 4′ crossover at the back of the stage.
