BUCK STAR
Buck Star is an Americana group. Their unique “American Jukebox” sound leans toward country rock and R&B and gives them a near universal appeal.

Comprised of brothers Tom and Eric Menig, husband and wife team Jenn Knapp and Rob Kopp and Larry Tracy. Since its inception in 2015 the group has released three albums, including Buck Star (2016), Out of Orbit (2019) Promised (2022).

This highly renowned local band has performed in California festivals from Joshua Tree to Humboldt, including the California WorldFest in Nevada county. They have played theaters in this region, including Colfax, Nevada Theatre, the Miners Foundry, The Center for the Arts, Off Broadstreet, and opened for groups, such as Kansas, Junior Brown and Elvin Bishop among many others.

PLANET JAM
An evolving fusion of Eastern and Western music and culture, Planet Jam music has rippin’ guitar solos, poppin’ reggae rhythms and fresh Gypsy licks, dubby and tight, modern with ancient tap roots.

Planet Jam lyrics say stuff that makes sense. They positively present ideas of change about border issues, political hypocrisy, seven generation awareness, freedom of expression, spiritual and cultural evolution as well as experiences that Marius had in the Romanian Army as a draftee Private during that country’s
1989 revolution.

Current componence: Marius (Guitarius), Todirita (Bassy), Kacy Todirita (Drummy) and Ty Smith
